Taylor's impact on the world is being celebrated. On Wednesday, she was named one of TIME's 100 Most Influential People. Taylor also scored one of six covers for this year's magazine, the others of which went to Dwayne Johnson, Sandra Oh, Gayle King, politician Nancy Pelosi and soccer star Mohamed Salah.

Swift, who TIME recognized as one of the Silence Breakers who inspired women to speak out about harassment in this year’s Person of the Year issue, granted TIME her first interview since the trial.
